FLAME Furnace technicians are all certified by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, with specific recognition in Ventilation Inspection and Ventilation System Mold Remediation. We offer a complete range of air system cleaning and sanitizing. We understand that regular air duct cleaning is essential to keep your air safe and pollutant-free. Some of our services include air duct inspection, duct cleaning and duct system sanitizing.

ACCA

ACCA, Air Conditioning Contractors of America, is a national trade association that represents heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration contractors. As the leading developer of technical resources and standards for the industry, ACCA contractors receive expertise that is the best in the industry.

CSIA

The CSIA Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician® (CDET) program is a comprehensive, written, examination that is administered, and graded by the Chimney Safety Institute of America. The examination evaluates a Dryer Exhaust Technician's understanding of the basic information technicians must master to become competent dryer exhaust safety and fire prevention specialists. Technicians desiring to be CSIA Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician® test by paying the applicable certification examination fee to the CSIA and are tested on building codes, NFPA 211, NFPA 54 standards, and all facets of cleaning and examining residential and commercial dryer exhaust systems.

DEMA

The Domestic Estate Managers Association has created and operates this network as a place where House Managers from around the world can collaborate with colleagues, learn new and valuable skills, obtain assistance with challenging or unfamiliar projects and repairs, and seek the advice and expertise of a cadre of elite home service providers. Our primary goal is to bring House Managers together into one online community, and provide the community with invaluable resources to tackle the challenges they meet every day.

Department of Labor and Economic Growth

The Mechanical Division is responsible for issuing mechanical permits, the examination and licensing and renewals of licenses of mechanical contractors and inspections of mechanical installations and repairs. The division also provides staff support to the Board of Mechanical Rules and handles code questions --i.e., furnaces, HVAC (heating and air conditioning), duct work, solar heating, refrigeration and underground tanks.
