Spot the Flame Truck and Win!

Official Rules & Regulations

Contestants must be 18 or older
Contest open to Michigan residents only
Flame employees and family members are not eligible
Contest begins September 8th and will conclude October 18th
Weekly winner will be posted every Monday at 2pm on the Flame website, beginning on September 14th and ending on October 19th.
Weekly winner will also be notified via email address supplied in contest entry form
Contestant must see a Flame truck on the road
Contestant must log on to Flamefurnace.com and fill out contest entry form which will include location of truck when spotted
Contest entry is only valid through contest entry form on Flame's website
Contestants acknowledge and give permission to Flame to post their name and city on the Flame website if selected as a winner
Deadline for weekly entry is Sunday at 6pm
Incomplete entries will be disqualified
One entry per household per week
One winner per household for duration of contest
Winner to pick up Bavarian Inn gift card at Flame Heating Cooling & Electrical, located at 2200 E. Eleven Mile Road, Warren, MI 48091
Winner must show picture identification to claim prize
Winners must claim prizes by October 30, 2009
Prize not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded
Flame reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice
